New on DevNet: Automatically login to FusionReactor with a Cookie

FusionReactor provides several user roles each allowing a different
set of actions. The Observer role allows users view only access to the
metrics FusionReactor is gathering.

In some organisations, it could be beneficial to allow users to
automatically login as the Observer user. This can be achieved by
setting a cookie on the client browser - this process is shown here.
