Looks like a good site for your work. I don't know how to Code, but I
was going to look at the kickstart files. But, I couldn't find a way
to view them. Do you have to join the site or be added by Valent, to
do that?

I think you only need an account to edit files, but anybody can view them. Has anybody else tried?

Well I'm also a github newbie, but this is only way Fusion Linux can become a trully open and community project, that I wish it to be. I don't want Fusion "one man band", so to say.
Ok, I got it... if you check you will see a "ZIP" button in top part of the page, there you can donload whole project and check it out.
If you want to edit and suggest changes then you have to open github account and I'll add you to this branch.
You can also take this code and fork it to your own branch and do some development of to a side and then suggest that your changes get submitted back to main trunk.
Ok thanks, I found the zip file download and it worked just fine.
Firefox doesn't show the Graphics on that page very well and it's very
small. But when I unzipped it in Krusader, I kept getting "no
permission" errors when I tried to open the ".ks" files. So, then I
opened the zip file in Krusader and instead of unzipping it. I then
copied the files to another folder. Now I can open and view the files.
But, they give this error in the Fedora Kickstart App. "Unknown
Command: /home/valent/Dropbox/fusion-linux/fusion-16/fedora-livecd-
desktop.ks" I can open them from Krusader in a Text Viewer though and
there's just the link in them. So, I realized that your ".ks" files
are not actual ".ks" files at all. But are Network Links to /home/
valent/Dropbox/fusion-linux/fusion-16/fedora-livecd-desktop.ks...
Wonder how that happened? I use to have that kind of problem
sometimes, when I used WindBlows XP to copy files in Windows Explorer.
But, I've never seen it in Linux...
PS: now it all makes since... this is why I only see, "/home/valent/
Dropbox/fusion-linux/fusion-16/fedora-live-desktop.ks" When I go to
the Page for, "Fusion-Linux / kicstarts / fusion-16 / fedora-live-
desktop.ks" at... https://github.com/valentt/Fusion-Linux/blob/master/kicstarts/fusion-...

My bad, please open github account and then you will see text files. But I'll repair it ASAP so that these aren't links but actual files. Thanks for head up.

Ok thanks Valent, Now I can view the kickstart files and download
them. I tried this out before I joined github and it works without
being a member. I went ahead and joined though, so now I can follow
everything. I looked through a few kickstart files, like fusion-live-
extras.ks and live-desktop and a couple more. I have to say, Valent
you really have mastered those kickstart files!:) I looked at them in
Kwrite and in the Fedora Kickstart GUI App too. I would suggest
setting the installation to Default to Preserve Existing Partitions,
instead of Remove all Partitions. This cold save someone from making a
Huge Mistake and Erasing another OS on their HD. Even if you know
better, over sties happen. I have been playing around with editing
kickstart files, for a while now. But, I am just a beginner. I want to
duplicate my Fedora 14 System, as it is now. I have worked Mostly in
the Fedora Kickstart GUI App. But I have done some manual editing in a
text editor too. I tired combining your Fusion 14 kickstart files with
Fedora 14's manually and I got lost in all of that. I even tried
merging them with KDiff3. That seemed to work well. But, when I add
all of my Apps to the list. I make Apps lists with "yum list installed
> /tmp/yum-list.txt" and then clean the list up and make it one Colum
in Open Office. Here's my Blog Post on doing this,
http://donsdeals.blogspot.com/2010/12/this-post-is-follow-up-to-my-pr....
Then I make a Yum install Script. That's how I have been Duplicating
my Fedora Systems for several years now. It doesn't give me 100% of my
Apps, because of some errors that happen. I use "yum -y install --skip-
broken" to get past the errors and install all that will work. But,
when I add my Apps list to a Kickstart file. That's when I start
getting Errors that stop my Build in Revisor and in Fedora Live CD
Tools in the Command Line. I was able to build a Remix of my old
Fedora 11 System, back when it was new. I had to add every App one at
a time in Revisor. It took several days to get it to work. But ever
since Fedora 12, Revisor wont even run on my Fedora Systems. The
Fedora Live CD Command Line Tool hangs up with some kind of error,
every time I try to run it. With or with out my long list of Apps
Added to my kickstart file. So, I'm wondering... how do you Build
Fusion? What Tools do you use? I have recently started using openSuse
Studio. And it is pretty cool and easy to use. But, it sometimes
Errors out too. And you can loose a whole days work on a Build. The
Online Build Site can be slow too.
I do have to Apps to suggest for Fusion. Thunar file manager and
Filezilla FTP App. I often use Fusion as a Live Rescue OS, since it is
ready to go with most of the Apps that I need. I do prefer Krusader,
over Thunar. But, when running Fusion 14 live. Krusader wont go into
"root" mode. It has a file permission problem when running live. So, I
quickly install Thunar and then you can run it from the Terminal with
"root" permissions. You can't do this with, Nautilus in the Terminal.
It just Errors out and wont open up. This way, in Thunar, I can easily
change - edit - delete (x11 config etc) files that need "root"
permissions in a GUI App. Filezilla is easy to do an SFTP Connection
to another Computer with. When there is a problem doing this with
Krusader, that is. Again I prefer Krusader and use it when ever
possible. But I think that Thunar and Filezilla wold be nice additions
to Fusion. Especially for those who are not familiar with Krusader and
have just come from using Windows Explorer.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to another great Fusion Linux!:)

Trick when using livecd-creator is to define temp and yum folderes, that way if you get an error you don't loose to much time when you fix issue in kickstart file and run it again.

Hi Don, I appreciate your feedback so far but please don't use this
mailing list for your own remix, there are other general-purpose
fedora remix mailing lists that I can recommend.
