Lots of original classic Jerry Collins art is up for grabs, will be posting
much more for auction over the weekend (many oversized pictures in the
batch, requiring multiple scan and stitch jobs to make the thumbnails).

Sorry if some of these are too clean for the group, but considering the
regular traffic, hopefully nobody will complain much.

For those who should know, Jerry does NOT want these items sold. I am
contacting the Furbid admin regarding this.

Whine, whine, whine. Aren't you the one who just posted Lance Rund's
pictures WITHOUT PERMISSION? Yeah, I thought so. I may not be as close to
Lance as I once was, but I still respect him. You're a hypocrite to do this.

Was the person who posted them trying to SELL them?

(Boy, THAT argument of your's was pretty easy to swat. Wasn't it?)

Actually, I'm still waiting for someone to actually USE THEIR BRAIN to
provide any evidence that it WAS me who posted them. You furries really
are quick to jump to conclusions, aren't you?

Now, if you don't mind, I have to go give Saddam his daily briefing.

Please do.

Now, if BO'Connell (Oooh, using your terminology, I must be a bad, bad man)
owns these pictures, he has the right to sell them, don't he? Just like I
have the right to sell any of the various folios I own, right? I mean, I
paid for them, yes? They are my property. But Lance has on many occasions
stated that he does not want these pictures reposted. And No, the answer
that, "Well he put them up in the first place" doesn't hold water. If we
are to improve as a species, not just as furries, we should respect each
other's wishes, within reason. Frankly, since you started posting
responses right after these happy little pictures of Lance Rund and Wolf
Kidd's pictures started showing up, common sense claims that you were the
one that put them up. Now, I will be honest, if I did IP tracing and crap
like that, I suppose I could gather the evidence who posted these...but
frankly, well...I'm not that smart. *C'mon, bring it. YOu know you want to.
A furry, a self-avowed furry, claiming they don't know every in and out of
the computer. The horror, the horror!) So. The question still boils down to
one simple, honest question: Why are you still here? On many, many, many
occasions you have stated you hate furries. You hate what we have become.
But we are not causing harm to you. If you simply left, then no one would
give two farts about you. You could happily continue on with your life, as
many other former 'furries' have done. Do you truly live such a sad and
pathetic existence that you have to keep hopping up and shouting. "Hey! Look
at me! I hate you!"

Me, I'm going to enjoy my life. I'm going to drink my rum, smoke my
tobacco, watch my movies, ride my bike in the morning while the fog is
rolling over the cornfields, and spend time with my friends. I'm not going
to degrade myself any more with answering your troll-like antics on the
internet. Wanna know why? 'Cause I can't win. I was never a debater. I am a
big believer in live and let live. learned it from my father. but I will
help where I can, to those who need it. I just wish I could give you the
help to live and let live, and stop trying (emphasis on trying) to hurt
those who you think have wronged you. Shawntae, Brian, or whoever. LIfe is
too goddamned short.

And that...is all...I gotta say...about that.

prints or something you own? can folks post th ings they own for auction
that they didn't do here?

Mike, please. Just from the replies that came from, uh hmm, the user with
your name, with their very colorful choice of the use of written English
show's that it was you.

Anyway, I don't think Mr. Collins could stop O'Connell from selling them on
Furbid if O'Connell actually owns them. No law that say's you can't resale
something that you've previously bought for your own gain.

Doesn't count if it's a picture that's too small to be used for anything
more than a sample for the purpose of an auction (and is covered as fair
use, since it's for the purpose of review). If that was the case, then
everyone who posted a scan of the DI furry art CDs or, for that matter,
reselling prints or portfolios, is also in violation.

Nice try at trolling though.

They're all original pieces. The one thing I cannot do legally with them
under copyright law, is make prints from them. And what Hirtes fails to
notice is that the example pictures are at too small a resolution to use for
any form of print, and as I am the physical possesor of the artwork in
question, I'm legally entitled (in fact, the previous holder has given me
his blessing) to sell it.

Because, believe it or not, a lot of people still haven't either seen
Collins' art before, OR even heard of him. Besides, if you look at the
posting in its threaded mode, you'll note that each picture was posted as a
reply to the first message in this thread. It isn't like it's taking up a
huge amount of screen space.

Can't please anyone it seems. In the past, people have bitched about link-only
Auction plugs, demanding at least thumbnails or samples (Or, some losers
demanding scans good enough to make the auction moot... but I digress).

Hey hamsterboy, it's YOUR fault I got over whatever reservations I held in
not auctioning the artwork. I had the artwork over a year now, you and
Collins' conspiratorial backstabbing spree only aided in eradicating those
reservations.

If you don't want someone to contact CPS in Atlanta to permanently destroy
Collins' life, I suggest you learn to STFU. And yes, you can relay that to

Aha! Once again, when the North American O'Connell feels threatened, he

So FUCK YOU, O'Connell! You're hardly the boss of yourself, let alone

Oh, and in case Hirtes (or anyone else) thinks I'm blowing smoke out my ass:

Collins swaps his wife with his buddy Donner.
Collins has two kids living in their households.
With said kids living in said household, Collins draws pornographic furry
art.
With said kids living in said household, Collins also smokes massive amounts
of marijuana, with said kids present.

You do the math. Not what most authorities would consider an "environment
beneficial to bringing up children in a positive manner".

You know, it's really STUPID to attack someone when they know enough about
you to fill a fucking book.

Brian, I _strongly_ suggest you think hard about what you are
threatening to do. You are going WAY overboard over something so trivial
as an article in CYD. Don't you have ANY sense of proportion (keep
fannish stuff INSODE the fandom), or are you truly pathological?

Hell, I have some goof using my name in a bogus livejournal, but you
don't see _me_ trying to utterly destroy them, do you?

I can see that you're in your typical "DefCon 4" mode whenever you feel
_too_ threatened. This is why you've gone past the usual pothead and
hamster insults and are now going over the deep end and making actual
threats.

You ARE aware that you've just admitted to the entire reading audience
here on AFF that you are actually willing to ruin a person's life and
have their children taken away, just to lash out at someone over a one
page article on a web site, aren't you?

Thanks Brian. You yourself are being the best evidence as to what you're
really like: a vicious, arrogant little psychopath who thinks he can go
around ripping off people and ruining their lives on a whim. You truly
are the lowest form of life.

Oh really? How so? Got evidence? Of course you don't. Why? Because I've
done nothing wrong.

FYI Brian, just because I'm no longer _publishing_ a zine any longer
doesn't prevent me from selling off whatever stock I had remaining, or
of any items from my _personal_ collection I may have purchased for
myself (I've already checked this out with the Powers That Be, and they
have given it their OK, since it doesn't violate a thing). So if you
somehow think I'm not allowed to sell _anything_, you are very sadly
mistaken.

> Don't worry, we're working on that as well

"We"? Have your multiple personalities finally joined together in a
proverbial meeting room now?

Brian, admit it. You had your best shot at me, and it fizzled. Even you
can be so psychotic as to keep wasting your time in this way.

> (you know, 99%
> of the fandom that hates you).

God, that sounds like SUCH a little snotty thing to say ("99% of the
fandom that hates you! 99% of the fandom that hates you!!
NYYYYAAAAAAAH!"). Assuming I even gave a rat's ass what 100% of the
fandom thinks of me.

And BTW Brian? Remember that money order you scanned? Jerry and I know
your address now. Keep it up with your mindless, over-the-top shit and
we'll know where to have the sheriff in Auburn deliver the supena.

If Jerry could afford a lawyer (Hell, the guy can't even afford this pot
you accuse him of smoking so much of), you'd be SO sued right now.

That's actually amusing, but I was thinking more of using Hirtes as a
psychotic "Hirtaro" Hamtaro parody, who gets off on pissing and shitting all
over his pellet bowl, whacking off to toe rings and blaming everyone else
for his actions...

By the way, folks. When I tried calling Collins yesterday, the schmuck
claimed that, because I provided representational low resolution scans of
his work, that I owed him $50,000. Just thought y'all would want to know
just what variety of damaged goods are the ones bitching the most about
performing an action that would be found legal in every court of law.

DUH! What did you THINK he was going to do? Give you his credit card
number and sing your praises? Since you ARE such a arrogant, clueless,
militant butthole, you probably did.
