improvement for funtoo

Hi List, Hi Daniel,

as you are planning to do some rework for funtoo, just as I got over it
so often in irc, could one add two options to the emerge command?

as for the two kinds of reset there it would be nice to have the option of

emerge --softreset

and

emerge --hardreset

so that one has not to do it manually.

I think he wants the added options so that he will never have to type '(cd
/Users/portage&&git reset {,--hard})' again. I disagree because I think if it
becomes an issue it would likely be best resolved by other means.
