OpenVZ scripts for >=sys-apps/openrc-0.5.2

Hi,

I finally wrote those scripts for anyone using OpenVZ *and*
>=sys-apps/openrc-0.5.2.

They use Ryan's "alias" template [1] for their work when multiple IP
addresses are assigned on the same container.
