Welcome, and a note about moderation

Welcome to funtoo-dev!

Since we have a lot of new subscribers, I just wanted to let people
know that moderation is enabled for new subscribers.

I've enabled this feature for the sole purpose of guarding against
spammers. While your account is still considered "new", there will be
some delay between when you post to funtoo-dev and when your message
hits the list. After a certain amount of time as a member of this
list, you will automatically be recognized as a trusted member and
your emails will no longer be moderated.
