はじめまして。加藤和良と申します。

Ruby + Funnel + Gainer でマトリクス LED を使おうと思ったのですが、AS3
ライブラリにある MatrixLED クラスが Ruby には無かったので、自分で書いて
みました。

Ruby には標準的な「画像」クラスが無いので64要素の配列しかうけとって
いませんが、それ以外はほとんど AS3 にあわせています。
個人的には Funnel::MatrixLED よりFunnel::Gainer::MatrixLED のほうが
いいかもとちょっと思いました。

もし問題なければ、本体にとりこんでいただければ幸いです。

確かに、現状でMatrix LEDを使えるのがGainer
I/Oだけですので、その方がすっきりするかもしれませんね。とはいえ、Arduinoでもファーム次第では利用可能ですので、最近追加した各種I2Cデバイス （現状ではArduinoとFIOで利用可能）と同様、将来的にはうまくこのあたりの関係性を整理する必要があるなと感じています。もし、何かこの辺りも含めて よい整理法がありましたらご提案いただけると助かります。;)

今後ともよろしくお願いします。

なるほど。Gainer とか Arduino とか中間を意識せずに「マトリクス LED が
つながっている」として扱えると、たしかにきれいですね。
