Another FTL Ratings Success Story! / Affiliate News / Four New Promos!

WSCC is a Clear Channel FM News/Talker in Charleston, SC. The station
does well overall, 12+, with a 5.2 share in Fall of 2008. However, a
year ago they weren't doing so well on Saturday nights. In fact,
Program Director Keith Malinak tells me that from 7-10pm they were
pulling a 0.0 in males 25-54. So, in February of 2008, WSCC made the
switch to Free Talk Live's live Saturday edition. In the Fall of
2008, less than a year later, WSCC was up to a 2.7!

In other affiliate news, WWCK AM in Flint, MI has recently expanded
their delay broadcast of the Saturday edition of Free Talk Live to
include the third hour! If you've listened to much Free Talk Live,
you know that our open lines, issues-based panel discussion stays
fresher longer than your average news-based talk show. That's one
reason why stations like WWCK choose FTL to delay broadcast. WWCK was
running FTL from 6-8a on Sunday and has now added our third Saturday
show hour to Sunday nights, 6-7p ET. Unlike most talk shows who
demand that you run every single hour in a row, you are welcome to
break up Free Talk Live and put us in where you need us most. Take as
much as you want; air it when you want.

Of course, airing us live is ideal, which is why WVTS AM in
Charleston, WV has decided to clear Free Talk Live's third weekday
hour live instead of on delay broadcast, as they had been. From one
hour to all eighteen per week, FTL is here for you.

Also, I spent some time cutting some new promos this week. As usual
here they are in both :30 and :60 flavors with room at the end for
your production dept. to tag with local showtimes:
