Looking for Geospatial Open Source Development Experience

I am interested in making contact with people interested in developing
cutting edge geospatial applications for 3D Earth browsers in the
Colorado Springs area. The work would require experience and
expertise in the following general areas:

- 4+ years of C# programming experience.
- Experience with the ESRI product line
- ArcObjects development experience
- Experience with open source geospatial databases
- Experience with open source GIS desktop software
- Experience with 3D Earth browsers (Google Earth, World Wind, ArcGIS
Explorer, etc)
- Experience with Google Earth and KML development
- General understanding of OGC standards
- Any experience developing solutions with open source geospatial code
or libraries
- Experience with the US Air Force GeoBase
- Any Air Force or DoD experience would be a plus
