Help with Mapserver - multi-band image WMS

All,

I am hoping I can get some help from this great group.

I am trying to serve out a multi-band TIFF using Mapserver as a WMS.  I have done it before with a single band TIFF, but can't seem to get the multi-band TIF to draw.
All I get a nice white box.

I have been looking for some help/samples and it seems there may be some special installation I need to do to serve out a multi-band image.

Has anyone done this?  Anyone have any insight?  Anyone have a smaple .map file I could learn from?

Using: PROCESSING "BANDS=4,2,1" should work? Do you have a sample layer definition we could look at?

4,2,1 correspond to R,G,B
