The Aranya Bodhi has found a way to save many hundreds of dollars on
flooring for the new kutis.  The task is to pick up 12 boxes of flooring
from a warehouse in Oakland.  Five boxes then must go to the Bodhi House in
Fremont, and seven boxes to Aranya Bodhi up on the Sonoma Coast.

An alternative way to solve this -- instead of going to Oakland -- is to
accept shipment at your home or business, if you can be sure to have a
strong person to meet the freight truck and bring the product inside.  Their
freight shipper will only leave the boxes at curbside, literally on the
sidewalk.

Any idea how big/heavy each box is?
I can rent a uhaul trailer tow with my 4Runner and transport them to the
Hermitage.

Dear Mahinda,  Awaiting reply from the company, but Google indicates that a
box of laminate flooring will weigh only 25 - 40 lbs.  Therefore, the entire
order will be 300 to 500 pounds.  No need to rent a uhaul trailer, the
product would fit in your vehicle.  If we order it today, it will be shipped
in approximately 5 business days.  Does this fit your schedule?  Thanks for
being willing to look after this.

Congratulations to all.  We have arranged for the new flooring to be
delivered.  For the next step, we invite anyone who is skilled and
experienced in installing the click style floating floors ... this will be a
