Scott do you have that e-mail you showed me that we were going to use
for the mass e-mailing to all people we feel might be interested in
helping or joining us? If so does everyone think we should get rolling
on that? Also do you think it would be a good idea to put a direct
link to the group service hear at google on the myspace page so others
can join to get updates and so forth?

I don't think setting up a direct link is a good idea. I think it
should be invitation only at this point. I think we should get right
on the mass emailing however.

Antoine

I Agree with Antoine about the e-mail and the Group link on the myspace
profile, but I do think we need to start recruiting additional active
members especially in a case like this Sunday. Having a team of a dozen
or more people to canvas Smithtown (not all of who need to be in
costume) would be great. I might recommend that Antoine if you can spear
head Sunday and start calling everyone you know that would want to help
out on Sunday. Start with people like Josh Schubart and Kevin. See if
that have friends or anyone else that would also be able to help. Try to
get a plan then see if we can get a phone chain going. I have to be
honest I don't know if I will be able to help that day. Its my first
100% clear morning in about 3 weeks and I really need to spend time with
my script or we won't have much of a show to make all this advertising
worth it, but we will see how it goes.

Hello Boys...

I'm working until about 6:30 on Sunday.  I don't know how late the event goes....probably not much past that....  If it goes into the evening.... I'll absolutely be there.   Can we get costumes together one day at the end of the week (Friday possibly) if someone's around?  I know exactly what I need.... I'm sure it's around the costume closet somewhere.

I'll ask Liz, Bryan Kimmelman and Bryan Peters... they might be interested in helping out on Sunday.

Good job Camile. I know if Liz, Brian and Brian can do it they will. If they have any friends or can think of anyone to help then by all means we will accept that help.  For everyone: Make sure we get all the contact information possible from anyone who helps us out, so we can call on them again and also keep them in the loop on how they will benefit from helping us. I can’t be there on Friday, I have work then rehearsal.  But we need more details on the event before we can really plan this out.

Scott you rock! I don’t know how to say this but I think you have got me a little hot.  Just a little but more then enough!  Will you be there tomorrow morning or will I just see you at the meeting?  Make Liz come to the meeting and stuff we can always use another person who wants to help.  Anyway!  See you then!

The draft contains some typos- a collaboration is defined as a
creative action so the word creative is not needed, also the fourth
paragraph starts with 'As most of you known' which should be know'.
There should be a punctuation after 'Becoming a friend is easy'. Other
wise looks good.

Cheers,
Antoine.
