Ushahidi :: Crowdsourcing Crisis Information

Ushahidi is a very interesting site which can combine citizen reports
with Google maps. It was used to in the Indian Election and in the
Congo:

I think it might be useful to create an Ushahidi website to track
violence against DNTs, but it would require coordinating reporting of
such incidents within India.
