To stop tracking a service, go to your own feed and in the blue box on
the right side click "Add/Edit" This bring you to a page that lists
(among other things) all the services you track. Click on the one you
want to delete, then click the button labeled "Delete"
To delete an entry, click on "Options" next to that entry, then click
on "Delete this entry"

Hi Swaroop,

Can you let us know your FriendFeed username (you can email me directly with
it) so we can investigate?  Also, what browser are you using?

I readded and redeleted digg from my feed, but it is still there.

Thanks,

Hi Dave/Swaroop,

Sorry for the confusion--we had fixed this on Friday, but didn't push out
the new changes until this morning.  So, this should be fixed now.  If you
are still experiencing this problem, please let me know.  And again, sorry
for the confusion!  - Ana

Seems like I'm still experiencing this.  I readded and redeleted
again, with no luck.  I also tried to add another digg account.  That
didn't work at either.  My old account feed was still present.

Hi Dave, I think we're talking about different issues here.  Sorry for the
confusion.  The issue Swaroop had was w/ deleting photos.  What we fixed was
this: When deleting a photo entry, the entire entry is now deleted instead
of just one of the photos.

Can you be more specific of what issue you're having?  Just to clarify, the
way our system currently works is that if you remove a service, it stops
tracking new entries from that service.  It doesn't remove all the entries
made previously from that service.

To delete a specific entry, you need to click on "Options" next to that
entry, then click on "Delete this entry".

Users have suggested that when they delete a service, it should offer the
option to remove all the entries from that service currently in their feed.
That's a good idea, and something we're looking into it.

I hope this clarifies things a bit.  Feel free to respond to this message or
email me specifically (ay...@friendfeed.com) with the issue you're having.
Thanks!  - Ana

of that feature, its a good suggestion that would greatly enhance
usability.

No matter where I look, I don't see anything that remotely resembles a
"Delete" button, function, etc. I want to remove tracking of a
service. Do I have to delete my account? I looked in the Add/Edit
thing and there's no delete button to remove the service.

Hi Jean, if you go to the "Account" link, and then click "edit/add" next to
services, you should be brought to a list of services.  On the right will be
the services you're subscribed to, under "Your shared sites".  Clicking on
one of them will bring you to a blue box where you'll have the option to
delete that service.  Let me know if that doesn't work for you.  Thanks!  -

Thank you I found it. It was confusing because I kept clicking on the
icon for add/edit, instead of clicking on the icon under the services
area. But it's all done now. Thank you.

FriendFeed keeps tracking my YouTube activity, even though it's no
longer in my list of services. How can I kill it? This is really bad,
that something this essential simply doesn't work.
