They expect the pdf to be attached to the email, which is not how FreshBooks works. To assist with such cases, it would be great if there were a way through the API to get to the PDF for an invoice. Perhaps at some point you might add to your a direct way to get a PDF, just like the [PDF] button on the view invoice page of the user interface. Then I could use that link to request a PDF and attach it to an email that I am sending the client in my code. Thanks for listening!
