Cannot run frescobaldi after Kubuntu upgrade

Hi,

I upgraded a couple of packages of my Kubuntu 12.10 - now I cannot run Frescobald (2.0.9) anymore.
I get :

> the sip module implements API v9.0 to v9.2 but the popplerqt4 module requires API v8.1

I understand that popplerqt4 does not like my sip version <module 'sip' from '/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/sip.so'>
How can I change this?
Any help appreciated!

I just noticed that I am on Kubuntu 13.04 now - so I dist-upgraded obviously - didn't want this, just update.I am sure I did not start dist-upgrade!
Strange!
