ANN: Frescobaldi 2.0.5

Hi all,

Frescobaldi 2.0.5 has been released.

Main new stuff:
- code folding
- able to open files in running instance (when clicking a .ly in file
manager)
- 'output' document variable to override automatic output file name
determination
- shift-click a note to edit the line in a small edit view
- possible to always scroll the view to the note the cursor is at
(View->Music View->Sync with cursor)
- auto-complete looks for identifier names in files mentioned in
\include statements
- easier to save a document as template under an existing name
- MIDI player follows program/instrument changes when dragging the time
slider
- copied images from the music view carry the correct DPI information,
so they take the natural size when e.g. dragging them into a word processor.
- some bug fixes

Frescobaldi is a dedicated and lightweight LilyPond music score text editor.

The Frescobaldi 2.0.5 package has been uploaded to Debian unstable. They
should be built and available on archives within the next 24–48 hours.
