Frescobaldi 2.0.1 is available

Hi all,

2.0.1 is out, with mainly Windows-related bug fixes.
And lo and behold, I succeeded in creating a fully self-contained
Windows installer. So the tedious install process on Windows hopefully
belongs to the past now.

Please see www.frescobaldi.org/download and test the Windows installer.

Of course you should also install LilyPond.
