This program exists since the year 2002. Its original name was "CSV2XML" Because of several programs using the same name, I decided to rename csv2xml since the version V1.8.0 into "C2X-CMD".

The listview is running in virtual mode, that means the data is displayed on demand. (not the entire CSV file is loaded in the listview) so CSVed can handle big files and is very fast.
