This is not a Meta tag I am familiar with!

Main logo centered, all other content not, makes it look very bad at
any resolution other than 800x600.
H20 logo, stretched to make it bigger, makes it look dreadful.
The site basically seems be be almost entirely links, no actual
information. Also links are the ONLY thing that should be
underlined on a website.

That just sets the font to one a lot of people don't have and then
set it to another more normal one??? The same problem is on
there in a number of places.

Same sort of problem, sets the colour to red, then to a lighter
red???
But the absolute worst thing I found about this web page is that
it is A big horrible looking page. It really needs to be broken
down to seperate pages.
