As per subject line. The other modes (Commercial, molecule) seem to work
and if one then changes into INN mode nothing is listed. The problem is
also present when initiating a search in INN mode.

This is not real issue. To have full access to the ATC classification (INN
search, INN prescribing...) you have to install a drug datapack that
includes the drug interactions data. Otherwise, the ATC classification is
not available.

I'll unable the INN Search according to the active drug datapack in the
0.7.2.

This is not a bug. This is due to the fact that ATC (and
therefor INN and therefor interactions) data must now either
be paid for or a data pack created yourself (that's what
Eric said, anyway).
