Jeff,

I installed the Freemedvm_Jan_13_2010 on a new machine. I followed
all the procedures very carefully, set up the freeclaims_username and
password. Put in a test patient with the doctors information and
tried to submit using remitt. Now all I get is remitt saying
processing. I tried the 837 to text, then the 1500 to text every time
is stays stuck in processing. What do I need to do to get my doctors
claims submitted. Please help.
