Hi Todd,
We have yet to receive any donations of working lcd monitors, so we will also accept donations of working crt monitors.
We need monitors for both Free Geek internal use & for volunteers who complete our build program, thus earning a home computer.
Size: lcd monitors of any size will do. For crt monitors: 17 inch diagonal would be best, & 15 inch monitors will also work. We are very limited on space for now, so we don't have room for a pallet of crts. I'm guessing we only have room for about 4 17 inch or 15 inch crt monitors right now. Andrew would have a better estimate of that than I.
Thanks for your input, & hope to see you in person, next month.
Cheers,
Elcaset

Elcaset,
People still need CRT monitors? Was a little surprised as I thought these were of little/no value even in the surplus markets. I was just at a goodwill in shoreline and saw a pallet full of crts Saturday.
If I happen to see any crts / lcds I will check on them. Do you have any minimum size requirements?
I won't be able to make this meeting due to work but will try again in the future.
