Hi,
anyone heard of Newton Common I think its in Lancashire near Earlestown.
Ive got an old Postcard "Grand stand Newton Common 1891". Written on the
back is
disaster sport? It may be elsewhere in the country but worth an ask.

Nice one I had seen the penninewaterways link but not the other. The
postcard shows a large grand stand it looks a bit like a racecource but I
could be wrong. Thanks for your help and time.
