could carry all he knew. If Reid reverts back to his original attitude to
disciplining the few by the many his appointment may lead to the dismantling
of the police state created by Blair and his greedy amoral cronies. Reid
was a communist before he hit the bottle and became an alcoholic causing him
to join the Labour Party when he must have been blind drunk. He is giving
up tobacco but may have the occasional spliff of cannabis. In addition he
may give Prescott some lessons on houghmagandie since he knows how women
feel when they have been given a good seeing to.
Just withdraw from Iraq and Afghanistan, John, and we will
forgive you and Fatso Prescott for being God's gift to nubile young women in
the Labour party.
Politically correct police should hang their heads in shame
Pastor Martin Niemoeller stated,
'In Germany, the Nazis first came for the Communists and I did
not speak up because I was not a Communist.
Then they came for the Jews and I did not speak up because I was

Stan Rogers sent the foregoing statement by email when his local
authority in Powys, mid Wales decided to put an ugly recycling skip behind
his house. Following his complaint a policeman travelled 10 miles from
Welshpool to tell him if he used the Niemoeller quote again he would receive
another police visit and could be charged with harassment.
Comment: Leaving aside the shameful behaviour of the police who were
probably acting in accordance with the memorandum of understanding that
enables the police, local authorities and local businesses to scratch each
other's backs and crucify members of the public, we would change the last
line of the Niemoeller statement to read
'Then they came for liars and because I denied being a liar I
did not speak up.'
We would like to know why the Nazis abused all those upright and
useful citizens of the Third Reich. Did Gargoyle Blair and the Jewish
Muslim Straw take a leaf out of the Nazis' book?

Livingstone reported to Standards Board over "chiselling little crook" jibe
Civil liberties group Liberty and Law has reported London mayor Ken
Livingstone to the Standards Board for what it believes to be a breach of
the code governing the conduct of the GLA over the way he has conducted his
dispute with embassies based in London because of their refusal to pay what
he calls a charge and what they call a tax.
Liberty and Law believe that Mr Livingstone is in breach of the
code's requirement that member must - treat others with respect; that they
should not do anything which compromises or which is likely to
compromise the impartiality of those who work for, or on behalf of, the
authority; and also that a member must not in his official capacity, or any
other circumstance, conduct himself in a manner which could
reasonably be regarded as bringing his office or authority into disrepute.

Comment: When the politically correct start nit-picking major issues are
ignored. The mice will play when the cat 's away. We have asked for an
enquiry into the Prescott, Livingstone, Rogers (Westminster Council)
agreement to invest millions of pounds of public money in developing
business in Westminster and Brent. Westminster appointed the manager of
the Westminster Neighbourhood Forum (WNF). He arranged an election of a
steering group supervised by the Electoral Reform Services (ERS). The
ballot was rigged. The ERS ignored request for the ballot figures. The
council prosecuted one member of the steering group for diverting council
funds to her own use. Another member was sacked by the council on account
of his criminal record. The two culprits will control the distribution of
public money.
Livingstone working with Help the Aged and British Gas has
access to the elderly in Cricklewood where he lives. There is a report,
which we have not been able to substantiate. An elderly Irishman
bequeathed Livingstone a house. He sold it for over £300,000.

A FORMER Scottish police chief has given lawyers a signed statement claiming
that key evidence in the Lockerbie bombing trial was fabricated.
The retired officer - of assistant chief constable rank or higher - has
testified that the CIA planted the tiny fragment of circuit board crucial in
convicting a Libyan for the 1989 mass murder of 270 people.
The police chief, whose identity has not yet been revealed, gave the
statement to lawyers representing Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi,
currently serving a life sentence in Greenock Prison. The evidence will form
a crucial part of Megrahi's attempt to have a retrial ordered by the
Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission (SCCRC). The claims pose a
potentially devastating threat to the reputation of the entire Scottish
legal system.

Dr Jim Swire, who has publicly expressed his belief in Megrahi's innocence,
said it was quite right that all relevant information now be put to the
SCCRC. Swire, whose daughter Flora was killed in the atrocity, said last
night: "I am aware that there have been doubts about how some of the
evidence in the case came to be presented in court. "It is in all our
interests that areas of doubt are thoroughly examined."
A spokeswoman for the Crown Office said: "As this case is currently being
examined by the SCCRC, it would be inappropriate to comment." No one from
the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland was available to
comment.

Comment: The reputation of the entire Scottish legal system has been
diabolical since it came into existence. In our personal experience the
medical profession performed an unnecessary surgical operation 45 years ago
on behalf of the Mobil Oil Company in a Court of Session propaganda case.
The victim was meant to die. The principal judge was Lord Walker. The
doctors involved were Cousins, Walbaum, McArthur?, Robertson, Summers,
Murray, McLaughlan. Only one doctor refused to take part. He was
Jewish.

Your letter dated 15 December 2005 was addressed to 1. The Life Manager, H
M Prison Haverigg and 2. Albert Dryden - CK0635.
It comes as no surprise to us that Mr Dryden did not receive a copy of that
letter until 1130 hours on 30 April 2006. Nor were we surprised when the
Home Office instructed two members of the staff at H M Prison Haverigg to
withdraw their reports favourable to Mr Dryden. In line with such unfair
treatment of Mr Dryden the Secretary of State, for his own personal reasons,
decided that Mr Dryden's case would not come up for review until October
2007.
Clearly the Secretary of State has used this high profile case to reassure
the public which has been subjected to risk not only by the release of
mentally ill prisoners but also by the release of dangerous criminals
recommended for deportation but set free amongst the civilian population to
carry on committing offences.
Please refer Mr Dryden's case to the new Secretary of State who has more
than a nodding acquaintanceship with hardened criminals.
Mr Dryden has been an exemplary prisoner with an excellent prison record.

Comment: Dr John Reid, Home Secretary, befriended Radovan Karadzik, the
Serb war criminal presumably because he felt that he was no worse than
Gargoyle Blair and Bampot Bush. John is now a citizen of upmarket
Newarthill when Cleland, Craigneuk, Shotts or Bonkle would be a more
suitable location for his spiritual home. There is a more sinister side
to John's friends, the Campbells (in-laws) and the McAlroys. There were at
least three gangland murders. Mr Campbell who was abroad at the time of
the murders, when asked about Dr Reid's appointment as Home Secretary
considering his run-ins with the law, said: 'I have to admit I had a bit of
a chuckle to myself, John being in charge of policing and all the rest.
John is a good guy but it's Tony Blair who promotes him not me. I wish him
all the best.'
Note: Scotland has its own Justice Minister Cathie Jamieson who passed
the buck to the to the health authority and was one of those responsible for
Arnold Lowe McCardle's murder.
Let us hope that Dr Reid cleans up the police forces in England and consigns
all the present police chiefs to the rubbish bin without a pension.

We refer you to our letter of 31 March 2006 (Ref.8ag) in which
we warned you of the debacle of the Labour government on account of the bias
exhibited by regulators like you.
This letter should be about AOL in partnership with BT
withholding a "migration code" to prevent us using an alternative ISP but is
about a more pressing matter related to the determined efforts being made to
isolate SOCA from information. Since you must have a direct connection
with SOCA we ask you to ensure not only that they receive the information
but that they act on it and confirm to us that they are at last taking
action.
When we first contacted SOCA via the Home Office on 3 April 2006
there was an attempt to force us to be interviewed by an officer from
Paddington Green Police Station in connection with terrorist activities.
At the same time Sir Simon Milton, leader of Westminster Council, caused a
cheque for rent to be diverted into Council Tax. He has managed to lose
two cheques sent to him on 29 April 2006 and his "management " charlatans
have intimated that we are in arrears with rent for our flat and garage.
The flat should belong to us.
The significance of Sir Simon's behaviour is explained by a
previous similar deception whereby solicitors Sharpe Pritchard submitted a
false statement about arrears to Central London County Court. Following
intervention by a third party Sharpe Pritchard withdrew their action and did
not enforce the judgement because the third party had no locus standi.
Incredible! We had counterclaimed for the flat. Court staff ignored our
representations. Sharpe Pritchard denied perjury. Chief Executive
Rogers of the council had withheld several cheques for £1,000 and put them
"in store" because he had been unable to establish that we had a debt. We
have more information on the crooks.
The latest attempt to have us confronted by the police occurred
on 29 April 1006 during the Bank Holiday weekend. We send with this
letter our letter dated 1 May 2006 to Mr William Hughes, Director General of
SOCA and a Linbrook ticket.
Will you please confirm by return fax that you have put our
information before Mr Hughes? SOCA must deal with the Dieppe drug run and
the £48 million owed by Dame Shirley Porter to the residents of Westminster.
Rogers was given carte blanche to reach a secret agreement when clearly he
was not a fit person to participate in any aspect of the agreement,
especially as the sole negotiator, and there was no way in which details of
the agreement should have been kept secret.
We can but repeat that if you and SOCA do not deal with these
serious allegations you will undermine further the reputation of our police
forces and politicians with consequences that would give you cause for
regret.

Comment: We can truthfully state that SOCA (Serious Organised Crime
Agency), appointed by the Home Secretary, acting with the Home Secretary's
approval is determined not to investigate the two issues that we have raised
and, moreover, is determined to incapacitate us in order to silence us. It
looks as if we were correct in our suggestion that SOCA is just a group of
hit squads that will have freedom to break down anyone's doors, seize
documents and computers, fabricate evidence, arrest or shoot to kill if
appropriate solely because the victims have criticised authority.
Presumably this essentially English Quango will be able to carry out
operations in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland too. And the bastards
think that they will get away with what is serious criminal behaviour just
as they hoped for compliance in Iraq and Afghanistan and what chinless
Beckett and Auntie Tomasina Condoleesa Rice hope for in Iran. In the
Middle East they have guaranteed the removal of all Jews from Palestine and
Israel. They have also promoted anti-Semitism throughout the world.
Greed and conflict go hand-in-hand. Straw was learning but was replaced
by the Gargoyle who still has his nose up Bush's rectum. Two rats on a

JUDGEMENT
No court in this land will allow a person to keep an advantage which he has
obtained by fraud. No judgement of a court, no order of a Minister, can be
allowed to stand if it has been obtained by fraud. Fraud unravels
everything. The court is careful not to find fraud unless it is distinctly
pleaded and proved; but once it is proved, it vitiates judgements, contracts
and all transactions whatsoever.
DEFINITIONS BY GOVERNMENT LEGAL EXPERTS
(i) Conspiracy - The crime of conspiracy to defraud takes place
when two or more individuals agree to injure the rights of another. No
further action is required. In practice, however, it is difficult to prove
conspiracy unless the agreement to do something dishonest is put into
effect;
(ii) Dishonesty - acting dishonestly is an essential ingredient in
the crime. In legal terms the knowledge of doing something wrong in
relation to another person (whether overtly or covertly) constitutes
dishonesty. Where covert action is concerned it may not be necessary to
tell a lie or misrepresent the truth; a decision by someone who is aware of
the true position to remain silent and in this way deprive an individual of
his entitlement may constitute an implied lie or misrepresentation; and
deliberate failure to correct a previous wrong interpretation of an
individual's entitlement which he took on trust almost certainly amounts to
an implied lie. It is important to note that such action - or failure to
act - constitutes dishonesty even if the person concerned believes in good
faith that some valid public purpose is being served by it;
(iii) To defraud - this is to deprive someone of something to which he
is properly entitled; either directly or by implied lie or
misrepresentation.
