Our local council have told us under no circumstances should dog waste
be put in the litter bins on the local park...I have googled and seen
several councils say that it is illegal to ban dog waste being placed in
normal litter bins..Anyone point me to a url that will give me a
definite ruling on this ?

No idea mate. My dog always sticks his arse into a bush to take a dump. He
was 3 when I got him so he's obviously been trained by someone too lazy to
