What is Elevated Photography ?
The sales and marketing of a property can greatly benefit from aerial
photography by allowing an elevated view of the surroundings in which the
property lies. Compared to a ground level photo the property will convey a
true and detailed perspective of the property prior to viewing. It is also
ideal for golf clubs, sporting events, archeology, building surveys, fete`s,
weddings, corporate photos etc.
How it works
The technology used to achieve these unique photos is highly advanced giving
top quality results and can be set-up in less than 15 minutes. A camera is
elevated up to 50ft using a pneumatic telescopic mast. Once elevated the
operator has full remote control of the cameras rotation, tilt and zoom
whilst being able to instantly view the image from the ground on a colour
LCD monitor for precise picture composition before the picture is taken. A
computer laptop is used to adjust the camera settings and take the final
image which, is downloaded immediately using special software.
The process is simple and is usually carried out in three distinct steps:
1. We discuss the venue, the type of photos required and arrange a place to
meet over the phone.
2. Once on site, we erect the mast and take a series of photos from various
heights and angles.
3. The digital photos can be burned to CD on site or we can enhance them at
our studio and send the CD to you.
Our Photographs can be printed up to A2 with no loss of resolution.
This type of ground based aerial photography gives you the benefits of an
elevated perspective without the problems associated with aerial photography
from an aircraft, for example, problems with weather, flying within
restricted or built up areas. All this at a fraction of the cost"
