If you want to help with OSM, help renaming the towns to Albanian

If you want to help with the renaming program :

get the latest branch from osm Kosova :
bzr branch lp:~kosova/+junk/openstreetmapkosova

and in there, you run the script KosovoSplitterGet.sh that will get
all the parts of the kosovo in bits
This will take a while.

then you run the rename script like this :

1. mkdir cleanup
2. mkdir cleanup/parts
3. perl ./mergenames3.pl kv.txt parts/part_115.osm

The resulting files you load into JOSM, check them and upload them. No
uploads are done automatically.

Everyone can help, as long as you run the getparts you will get the
latest files. Better is to split up the work between you.
(the get parts will not overwrite the old files, you need to delete them)
