Specular/Speclenium Release 0.0.4

This is to announce the release of Specular/Speclenium 0.0.4.
Specular is a suite of tools and libraries that allows testing for
accessibility from the AT (client) standpoint.
Speclenium is a daemon that when used in conjunction with Selenium,
provides Selenium tests with a superset of accessibility-related
functionality.
Bug fixes and new features
==========================
Test suite:
* Made test suite exclusively Codetalks tests.
* Added revision verifications, this needs to be applied to all tests,
and should probably not be in the test setup.
* Make base URL modifiable with -U.
* Added an optional "broken" field for tests, so they don't run by default
when running the entire suite.
Specular/Speclenium:
* Fixed root doc finding when the document has an "application" role.
* Added a dump events command for debugging tests.
* Added "value" attribute to AT-SPI specular.
* Fixed encoding cacophony.
* Added a clear cache method.
