Regular meetings are held at the Central Rapphannock Regional Library Headquarters on Caroline Street in Meeting Room 2, twice monthly on the following schedule:

• First Thursday, from 7:00 - 9:00 PM
• Last Saturday, from 9:00 - 11:00 AM
