I judge this first rule to be VALID because there are no previous
rules and it does not conflict with the regular ordinances. I award
the one style point for responding to the theme with truly diverting
prose, another point for the nice modernizing touch (zombies), and a
tenth of a point for being obeying its own restriction. If I seem
somewhat miserly with the last, it is only because the effect of said
rule is less than clear to me.
