In today's world, there is always more to do, more to see, more to
accomplish. As a result we all leave behind a little unfinished
business, and sometimes that is encouraged. In fact, it is so
encouraged that you must leave something unfinished for the next
person to finish for you, if you don't then you certainly haven't
accomplished anything, not by my book at least, and it just so happens
that I'm the one writing this one. As a result you may find that in
all future rule ------ is highly discouragaed to the point that even
pretending to attempt to ----- may lead to an invalid rule. For that
matter any incidences of ----- should be noted.

Style points will be determined once the rule is complete, or the round ends*.

All persons are eligible until Jun 25 2008, 00:47 UTC.

* - RO 9 states that the Judge shall award style points, but does not
place bounds on the length of time the judge has to do so.
Nevertheless, failing to assign style points before the announcement
of the Wizard for the next round is likely to cause some temporal
strain, so this judge will attempt to finish that much, at least.
