Changing Frapi output on the fly

Let's say, I sent a Frapi request using XML. Is it possible to return a different one? Like JSON?

Hi Louie,

You can change the output type for frapi from the client by either
adding an extension to the url: http://api.test/user/3.json or by
passing an accept header: "Accept: application/json".
