Frapi_Error : custom code

When i try :

public function executeGet()
{
throw new Frapi_Error('CLS_801', 'The error message to display',
'801');
}

I'm getting an http Status Code 500.

i don't understand why it's not 801 as i wrote it.

i'm stuck here, any help would be very appreciated.

It's working well with Status Code: 403 or 501. but any others status
code than those defined in HTTP specs are interpreted as 500 error by
apache
