0-255 or 16-235 levels

Hello,

I'm using the FS with Sony Vegas. Can you confirm that the FS give
images in 16-235 Level?
It's a little bit boring. My camcorder work in 0-255, Sony Vehas seems
to work correctly with this but the Frame-Server "shrink" to 16-235.
I use a "ConvertToYV12(matrix="PC.709")" fonction to expend to 0-225
but I find this a little bit sad.

Is it possible that the FS use directly 0-255?

I find the answer using AvsPmod. And I confirm : DebugMod Frame Server
export videos from vegas in 16-235 format:

Then Is there some body to explain why? The 0-255 format would be
better. No?

It is a bit complicated for Vegas. Different Project setting supports
different color space. Check the topic here
