Olivier Fargues et Stéphane Wagrez viennent de reprendre la direction du
Château La Bouade et du Clos Mercier, à Barsac. Le premier s'occupe de la
vigne, le second du chai et de la commercialisation. Ces deux jeunes
passionnés ont commencé par investir dans du matériel et à rénover la
cuverie
