(aqu reur/acheteur) avant de le soumettre un notaire?

        Surtout qu'en la matière, mon notaire a fait le boulot sans
        supplément (c'est peut-être dépendant du notaire).

On peut aussi le rédiger puis le présenter chez son notaire qui le vérifiera
en double minute pour la vente.
 Toutefois, en prenant une précaution importante c'est de ne pas encaisser
le dépôt du preneur.
