Bonjour,

Lors d'une visite d'un bien immobilier, la propriétaire m'a informée que la
conformité n'a pas été donnée au lotissement.
La vente peut elle se faire ?
Qu'elles peuvent êtres les conséquences ?

Hériter de l'éventuelle remise en conformité.
Il faudrait aussi savoir sur quoi porte la contestation de conformité.

Mais bon si personne ne s'en est soucié jusque là, ce n'est pas
dramatique.
