i'm incredibly excited to announce something i've been dreaming about
for so long: foursquare is going to have its first ever developers
meetup
please mark saturday, february 5th, 2011 in your calendars. we're
going to have it right here in our "hometown": new york city
more details on place and schedule and rsvp shortly. we just wanted to
send out a message as early as possible so you have time to cancel
other plans :), make travel arrangements, ...

Get more devs to come if you just fly the team to SF/Silicon Valley and had it here :-) we have a kind of a developer "mecca" here.

it's okay - FourSquare is located in the middle of it's own tech

takes forever when it's too cold to bike.

I am MD based as well. Would love to make it but have a prior engagement. Any idea on how frequent these are going to be? Also, any chance of a dial in option? Figured I would ask.
