Feed does not exist on Google?

I have a specific parsing algorithm that expects feeds to be formated
the same way. I use google to do ensure that all my feeds have the
same XML structure. Usually I can take any feed url, for example this
one:

http://www.wizards.com/Magic/Magazine/rss.aspx

and append it to this google url:

http://www.google.com/reader/public/atom/feed/

yielding:

http://www.google.com/reader/public/atom/feed/http://www.wizards.com/Magic/Magazine/rss.aspx

which returns nicely formated xml. However this url does not work:

http://pdcmagic.com/wordpress/?feed=atom

When I append it I get this:

http://www.google.com/reader/public/atom/feed/http://pdcmagic.com/wordpress/?feed=atom

If you visit that link you can see that I do not get nicely formated
xml...
Is there any way that I can make this work?

Use http://www.google.com/reader/atom/feed/http://pdcmagic.com/wordpress/%3Ffeed=atom instead.

Or http://www.google.com/reader/atom/feed/http%3A%2F%2Fpdcmagic.com%2Fwordpress%2F%3Ffeed%3Datom to be completely safe.
