Add new tag/folder

Hi all,

Is anyone aware of a servlet which can create a new folder or tag
without moving a new subscription into it?

I know the existance of:

http://www.google.com/reader/api/0/subscription/edit

which will create a new folder and move a specified feed (s=...) into
this new folder.

In the same way as:

http://www.google.com/reader/api/0/disable-tag

deletes a tag, I'm looking to enable one. I've tried
http://www.google.com/reader/api/0/enable-tag, but no joy.

Any ideas?
