[ANNOUNCE] Java, Python and PHP API kits

Hey,

I have the great pleasure to announce the immediate availability of a
git repository hosting full API implementations for java, php and
python languages:
https://github.com/slaanesh/Fotolia-API

Since Google Groups stopped their file hosting service it has become
quite painful to get access to our PHP kit. So I hosted it on github and
took this opportunity to write API implementations for python and java
languages. Using github will allow us to easily update the kits and to
share any enhancements other people would like to write.
