Hi all

I am currently trapping error 3000 from the getMedia API call ("Insufficent Credit Value") which (I think!) worked against our Monthly Subscription account. However we recently got a new error that I believe is undocumented: 'Not enough download slots left'. This may be because we switched from a Monthly Subscription to a Daily Subscription.

Would someone supply the error code for this error, and explain in what circumstances it is raised?

Thanks

Jon

Hi,

This exception is raised when one tries to download a file using a
subscription but has not enough left downloads quota to do it. It's kind
of the same error as "Insufficient credit value" but for a subscription
download.

Thanks Olivier, and apologies for the late reply; I've been busy working on new parts of our Fotolia integration :-)

Would you let me know what the error code is for this error?

Regards,

Jon
