Division into teams

• The second years were divided into groups. Duties were assigned

Web team

• Website work is almost done. We need more contents especially regarding sponsorship and speakers

Logo

• The duty for FOSSMeet 2012 logo was assigned to Anoob

Brochure

• Brochures for sponsors is to be made. Design team should start work.

Sponsorship 

• A sponsorship team has been made.

Speakers 

• Speakers team is also made. They will be in charge of inviting speakers. This time we have to emphasize on the topics (preferably easier for  beginners).

Proposal for food stall

• There was a proposal for food stall this time. Details not yet decided.

 Design and other works will be taken up after reopening

 Important next steps

• Preparation of sponsorship brochure
• Launch of website
• Invitation and call for speakers
