Dear Community Members,
This is to inform you about the upcoming FOSS Ka Kura (FKK). The details are as below:
Title: The Linux Terminal for Beginners
Speaker: Suraj Sapkota
Date: 18 April 2010, Sunday
Time: 5:00 PM
Venue: Zero Energy House, IOE, Pulchok
P.S.: There would be a regular meeting of FOSS Nepal starting at 4:15 pm, interested candidates are encouraged to join. Please show up before time, we don't want to be tagged as late-comers. One of the agenda for the meeting would be to decide upon the steering committee of the community.

The session will be more practical. So please bring your laptop with Linux (either installed or with a live CD). Don't panic if you don't have one; just get a paper and pen.

basics of Linux commands to shell scripting in about an hour...really
appreciated it and the participants must also have learnt a lot.
Some photos of the program might well be on the way by Jwalanta,
Akash, Kailash, ...
