I would like to propose the creation of an association
during Tirana Startup Weekend: http://tirana.startupweekend.org/
This will be the association of Albanian Translators for Computer
Programs (Shoqata e Perkthyesve te Programeve).

In case that somebody would like to help, you can come there.
I hope that there would be at least 5 people interested.
We have to work out the 3-4 documents needed for the registration
of the association, to set the goals, rules, etc., to publish
our presence on the internet (on some web pages or blogs), etc.
If nothing else, you can help by just being a member.

We will try to make everything ready so that on the following week
we can register on the court. Later we can also claim the domain
l10n.org.al and maybe some other related domains.
Every kind of help is appreciated.
