Form-1,18 & 32 was previously filed which has now been marked as 'not to be taken on record'. If I now file fresh forms 1, 18 & 32 and make the requisite payment by using the SRN of a new Form-1A ( as the period of old Form-1A has expired). Will I get refund of the orginal fees paid?

Once call to respective ROC office and get it confirmed and better to file later
