This update is for the month of March.
Field crews are working in the following areas:
1. East and west of Barloy Canyon Road near East Garrison;
2. South of the intersection of Eucalyptus and Parker Flats Roads;
3. East of General Jim Moore Boulevard and south of Broadway Avenue
Please be aware of heavy equipment operation in these areas and stay
out of these areas to maintain public and worker safety.
Safety Access Corridors have been established through the ESCA parcels
and signs are posted to help guide you safely to the BLM recreational
areas. For your safety, respect work area signage, stay on paved roads
and maintain posted speed limits. See the information kiosks at major
access points or the ESCA web site for current work area information
and access corridor maps.
The gates at Inter-Garrison Road east of Schoonover Avenue have been
locked to stop illegal dumping. Inter-Garrison Road, east of the gate
is still open to recreational users.
