Subject: Kids On Dirtbikes - Heads Up
While riding today with a friend, we encountered 3 kids on dirtbikes.
We were stopped on Jack's Road taking a break when they came off Jacks
road and then went up Three Sisters.  As they went up Three Sisters,
one fell off (no helmet) while tearing up the trail spinning his
wheels...not so good for trail erosion. Has anybody else seen this
going on? I really don't want to come around a corner and get nailed
by a motorcycle.

Yes, I've come across one dirt bike back in FO, not too far from where you
mentioned.  It was right at the Jack's Rd &  trail 80 area.  He came blazing
off of 80, crossed Jack's Rd, and then headed of to Lookout Ridge.  We were
pretty disturbed by that and fortunately came across a ranger in a BLM truck
just a few minutes after that encounter.  We told them of the incident.  Not
much could be done at that moment.  However, they're aware that motor bikes
are out there on the trails ... illegally.

Shelly,

I've seen the bikes as well coming in through the Creekside entrance.
