They will present how they have enacted a “DE FACTO FORECLOSURE MORATORIUM” by refusing to accept and record documents which raise doubt as to their authenticity and the lawful process of foreclosure. Every property owner in the country needs this protection.

That link was sent to me and I was so focused on the article I just didn't take any notice of the website. It is interesting to note that even that website is concerned about stopping foreclosures. This is a national and universal concern that involves all of the people and all of us must do everything possible to stop this crisis.
